A big all-day bar-restaurant on the Nea Paralia waterfront near the Concert Hall, pairing a glass-walled lounge with a sprawling sea-facing terrace under sculptural canopies. It runs from morning coffee through cocktails and full plates, and the west-facing setting makes it one of the better spots on the new waterfront for a sunset drink over the Thermaic Gulf.
