A polished all-day restaurant out in leafy Pilea, built around a pretty garden terrace of distressed pastel chairs, climbing greenery and lemon trees, with an open kitchen inside. The cooking is creative modern Mediterranean, plated with real ambition — right down to a torched-meringue dessert finished with gold leaf. A dressier, more contemporary option away from the centre, worth the trip east.
