Hibou

A leafy garden bar tucked into the pine woods on the edge of the Seih Sou forest above the city, Hibou spreads across a shaded terrace of cream umbrellas, boho paisley pouffes and planters under the trees. It runs all day, from coffee to cocktails, in a relaxed, out-of-town setting a world away from the downtown bar grid.
